For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "887win", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 887win platform, its operators, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, and employees.
• "Platform" — refers to the 887win website at https://887win.org, including all games, betting markets, promotional features, account management tools, and associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any registered user of the 887win platform who has created an account and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — refers to the personal gaming account opened by a Player on the 887win platform, identified by a unique username and secured with a password and KYC-verified identity.
• "Funds" — refers to real-money PKR balances deposited into and held within a Player's 887win account.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable funds granted to a Player's account as part of a 887win promotional offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process requiring submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and supporting documentation before withdrawal of funds is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must bet using bonus funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activity" — any activity listed in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions that is forbidden on the 887win platform.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 887win platform — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 887win. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

887win reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the 887win platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 887win enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products, including casino games, sports betting, and promotional offers.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, company, or organisation.

By registering on 887win, you expressly warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information about your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in criminal referral in addition to account closure.

To access real-money games and betting markets on 887win, you must register a Player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 887win account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via other persons — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Account verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, 887win requires Players to complete identity verification by submitting a clear copy of their Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and, where applicable, proof of address and payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being initiated may result in the request being cancelled.

887win supports a range of Pakistani-friendly payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, retail cash OTC, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). All transactions are processed in PKR.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take 1–3 business hours to reflect. 887win does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a default anti-money laundering measure. Players who have completed full KYC verification can typically expect JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals to be processed within a few hours of approval. Bank withdrawals may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be fully satisfied before withdrawing the associated winnings.
• 887win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held for up to 5 business days.

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your account without notice.
• One bonus per promotion: Players may only claim each promotional offer once, unless the promotion is explicitly described as a recurring or weekly offer.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per bet slip is Rs 1,000 or the equivalent in casino credits, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated. Exceeding this limit voids the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 887win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible, but this is not guaranteed.

Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic strategies, bonus stacking, or multi-account abuse will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

All bets placed on 887win are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the market in question.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation notification from 887win. Bets displayed as "pending" have not yet been confirmed and may be rejected at the platform's discretion, particularly if there are technical issues or market pricing errors.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and Player account tier and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Pricing errors: 887win reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. Affected Players will be notified and their stake refunded.
• Event cancellations: If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to brief delay windows to prevent exploitation of late information. 887win may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Casino games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Game-specific rules, RTPs, and paytables are accessible within each game's information panel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 887win platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban. In serious cases, 887win may report the activity to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities.

• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated strategies to claim bonuses multiple times or exploit promotional offers in ways not intended by 887win.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between 887win and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of poker games, live casino tables, or any other head-to-head format available on the platform.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the 887win platform, place bets, or perform any account action that a human player would normally perform manually.
• Money laundering: Using the 887win platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity. 887win complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after a 887win transaction has been processed, without first raising a dispute with 887win support.
• Hacking and exploitation: Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, exploit software bugs, or interfere with the platform's normal operation in any way.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 887win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 887win's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on incorrect odds or game information due to third-party data feed errors.
• Losses arising from changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the availability of the platform in your jurisdiction.

In all cases, 887win's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

887win does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and emergency outages may temporarily affect availability. 887win will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where operationally feasible.

887win collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this legal framework and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By registering on 887win, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include account registration and KYC verification, payment processing and fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support communications, and platform analytics and service improvement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which 887win operates. In the event of a dispute between you and 887win, the following process applies:
